This service is available on a per occurrence basis, you only get charged for the service provided. We do both residential and commercial accounts so please let us come out and give you a quote for your service.

Roof Shoveling

When snow accumulates on your roof or deck it becomes very heavy. After a heavy snow storm you can see several feet of snow on your roof. Sometimes the thickness is not the issue. When the snow melts during warm periods the melted water just freezes next to the roof itself as it cools back off. At these times it is very important to remove this build up so you do not get Ice dams which back the water up under your shingles. The water damage caused by roof leaks can be very expensive. The other issue has is simply the weight of the snow especially on an older roof. The roof cannot take the added stress causing it to collapse.

We have a crew that has the proper equipment and is trained to avoid the damage than can occur when roof shoveling. Unfortunately we can be held responsible for damage that occurs during this process as old shingles become brittle and the nature of the work may be the cause of the damage.

Walkways

We currently help the folks at the Captain Cook Hotel and Providence Hospital with snow shoveling on the walkways. We are available to shovel your sidewalks weather it is just your house or the entire Providence Campus. Please call us for a quote on this service .

Sanding

Due to the temperature fluctuations of winter it seems we are constantly thawing and freezing. This causes some very dangerously icy slick conditions. During these time is prudent to apply sand to the affected areas so no one gets hurt. We can provide this service for you.
